We use specially formulated synthetic rubber and natural rubber to manufacture screen panels for screening hard, highly abrasive ores and other materials!
We offer a full range of rubber screen panels. These high-quality rubber screens deliver a long service life in both wet and dry applications, with excellent wear resistance and toughness. The rubber screen panels feature a large open area, while the high elasticity and tapered openings reduce blinding and blocking, significantly improving screening efficiency.
Technical Features
1. Embedded steel frame material prevents
screen panel deformation and extends service life;
2. Lightweight screen panel facilitates
on-site installation and removal;
3. High elasticity and strong impact
resistance, with advantages being more pronounced when screening large-sized
materials;
4. Low noise level improves the working
environment;
5. Customized hole shapes based on material
screening requirements to meet on-site process specifications.
Rubber Screen Panel, a type of rubber
sheet. The rubber sheet is embedded with a metal frame, with uniformly
distributed apertures of the same specification on the surface. It offers good
wear resistance and low noise. As a key component of vibrating screens, it is
primarily used for raw coal classification, ore sorting, and other
applications, and is widely used in coal preparation and mineral processing
industries.
1.High impact absorption provides excellent
wear resistance. Under normal conditions, wear-resistant rubber screen panels
have a service life 4 to 8 times longer than metal screen panels.
2.Low noise and reduced dust. According to
on-site measurements, the same vibrating screen equipped with wear-resistant
rubber screen panels can reduce noise by 5 to 20 decibels compared to metal
screen panels, while significantly reducing dust emissions, creating a quiet
and clean working environment in the workshop.
3.Low specific gravity, easy installation,
and convenient handling and transportation. A 1㎡ rubber screen panel with a thickness of 15mm weighs less than 15kg,
which not only reduces the overall weight of the equipment but also
correspondingly lowers the power consumption of the screen.
4.Excellent anti-clogging and self-cleaning
properties due to the structure of the wear-resistant rubber screen panel. The
apertures exhibit strong elastic deformation (i.e., a small periodic change in
aperture size under external force) and feature an inverted cone shape, making
them less prone to clogging.
5.High screening accuracy. The apertures
are formed in a single punch using specialized forming tools, ensuring precise
dimensions and delivering a screening accuracy unattainable with woven screens.
The thickness of wear-resistant rubber
screen panels is available in 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm. Common
hole shapes include square, round, and rectangular.
Users can select according to their needs.
Screen panels with special specifications or performance characteristics can be
customized individually.
Wear-resistant rubber screen panels (screen
mats) are manufactured by firmly bonding a special rubber working surface to a
steel plate frame. They offer excellent properties such as high elasticity,
high wear resistance, impact resistance, tear resistance, and an exceptionally
long service life. They can be used as matching components for heavy-duty
screening equipment in industries such as mining, mineral processing,
metallurgy, coking, building materials, and coal preparation.
